Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Healthcare Data Management and Patient Information Coordination, you will be responsible for:
- Inputting patient information into our healthcare data management systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Updating medical records and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
- Verifying prescriptions and managing healthcare-related data with attention to detail
- Collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure seamless data management and patient care
- Maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced remote work environment
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong typing skills (at least 60 words per minute)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with healthcare data management systems (training will be provided for the right candidate)
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
While prior experience in healthcare administration or data entry is preferred, it is not required. However, if you have:
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or healthcare data management systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy laws
- Certification in medical coding or healthcare administration
