Key Responsibilities: Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting, utilizing your knowledge and skills to resolve issues efficiently Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to other departments as needed Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support and sales, to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer engagement and feedback Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, are also essential. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable, although not required. Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and live chat software, is also necessary. Essential Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a remote or live chat environment Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and live chat software Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a technology-related field Experience with live chat software and CRM systems, such as Zendesk or Salesforce Technical knowledge of our products and services, or the ability to quickly learn and understand our technology solutions Certification in customer service or technical support, such as CompTIA or HDI Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
