The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling incoming calls, and responding to customer requests in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
- Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
- Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a friendly and respectful manner
- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and guidelines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the home improvement industry or a related field
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
