About the Role

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in addressing the concerns and needs of our clients' customers, providing empathetic support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of blithequark, representing our values of compassion, integrity, and excellence in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with issues and concerns related to healthcare products and services, providing personalized support and guidance

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to drive growth and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in healthcare customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience a plus

  • Strong computer navigational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and comprehend complex information
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts a plus

Work Environment

• Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with access to a private residence and a reliable internet connection

  • blithequark will provide the necessary equipment, including a webcam, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Your workstation must be connected directly to the internet, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
  • Constant sedentary work, with regular breaks and opportunities for stretching and movement
