Job Summary
The Experienced Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately keying applications into the blithequark database. This is a full-time remote position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including lenders, agents, brokers, and members.
Key Responsibilities
* Key paper applications into the blithequark database with high accuracy and speed
- Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, meeting or exceeding established standards
- Assist the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
- Assist with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Education and Work Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
Knowledge and Skills
