Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
  • Providing exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a high-speed, organized customer service environment
  • Reporting essential record data according to established procedures and protocols
  • Maintaining honesty and integrity in all dealings with clients and colleagues, complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales and service environment
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the capacity to perform multiple tasks and navigate electronic systems
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; education benefits are available
