Job Summary

As a part-time Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and expediting orders, all while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone. Key Responsibilities

* Provide world-class customer service to blithequark customers through phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve post-sales problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-1 year of customer service experience; experience in a call center or retail environment a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule, including evenings and weekends (30-39 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
