The Role

As a Live Chat or Tele Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat or tele chat channels in a professional and friendly manner
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and providing accurate solutions to their concerns
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to address customer questions accurately
  • Tracking and documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and solutions in the CRM system
  • Assisting multiple customers simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to maintain response time
  • Contributing to improving internal processes by reporting recurring customer feedback and issues
  • Staying updated on company policies, tools, and best practices to provide consistent and high-quality support

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer support, live chat, or tele chat roles is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and customer conversations simultaneously
