About ClickOptionsClickOptions is building a next-generation crypto options trading platform focused on tighter pricing, efficient execution, and a professional trading experience.
We are expanding our growth team and are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to help scale our affiliate and IB channel.
Responsibilities- Source, onboard, and manage affiliate and IB partners
- Structure and launch affiliate test campaigns with clear KPIs
- Monitor performance, quality of traffic, and conversion metrics
- Support the scaling of high-performing affiliates
- Contribute to the evolution of the affiliate program structure
- Proven experience managing affiliate or IB programs in the crypto industry
- Strong understanding of crypto trading products; derivatives or options experience is a strong advantage
- Existing network of affiliate partners, IBs, or trading communities
- Ability to activate partnerships efficiently without a long ramp-up period
- Results-driven and comfortable with performance-based compensation models
- Performance-based compensation with clear upside
- Transparent commission and scaling structure
- High level of autonomy and responsibility
- Opportunity to shape the affiliate channel at an early stage
