Social Media Content Creator & Strategist (Beauty Industry)

We are hiring two highly skilled, execution-focused social media creators who can bring fresh energy, strategic thinking, and consistent content output to our growing team. Who We’re Looking For You are a hands-on social media creator, not just a manager. You ideate, shoot, edit, analyze, and optimize content, and you can do it fast, consistently, and at a high level. You understand what makes content go viral, what stops the scroll, and what drives real engagement and follower growth in the beauty space. Most importantly, you show up every day with creativity, strategy, speed, and reliability. This role is NOT for you if: You oversell your abilities but cannot deliver high-volume, high-quality content You struggle with consistency You want to manage, not create You cannot work PST hours or attend mandatory meetings This role IS for you if: You LOVE beauty content (skincare, makeup, hair care) You thrive on trends and can hop on them within hours, not days You're comfortable on camera, enjoy shooting, and edit confidently (CapCut preferred) You understand content strategy deeply, especially what drives engagement and follower growth You can create at least 31 pieces of content per month (not including daily stories) You take feedback well, collaborate easily, and deliver reliably Non-Negotiables These apply to all candidates without exception: Must be fully available during PST hours (no exceptions). Must attend daily standups and weekly meetings (no exceptions). Must grant full usage rights to all content created, including content featuring your face or voice. Must have hands-on experience in the beauty industry, skincare, makeup, and hair. Must be comfortable being on camera. Must be able to produce high-quality content consistently at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution Build and execute social strategies that increase engagement and follower growth. Create a monthly content plan aligned with marketing priorities and brand storytelling. Research trends daily and quickly adapt them into brand-appropriate content ideas. Content Creation (High Volume + High Quality) Produce at least 31 content pieces per month (videos, static posts, carousels). Produce daily stories for Instagram. Shoot and edit content, CapCut proficiency strongly preferred. Maintain consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and platform-specific best practices. Appear on camera when needed for product demos, tutorials, reviews, and trends. Community Management & Engagement Respond quickly to comments, DMs, tagged content, and community interactions. Help build a strong, loyal brand community across Instagram and TikTok Data & Performance Optimization Track analytics, spot trends, and provide actionable insights weekly. Adjust strategy based on what’s working (and what’s not). Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team and with the second Content Creator (as we are hiring two people). Share ideas, brainstorm, and collaborate on shoots, editing, and storytelling.
