[Remote] Manager, Paid Media & Partnerships

The Manager, Paid Media and Partnerships will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing high-value partnerships that drive client revenue, while managing relationships and leading a small team to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value partners across affiliate, influencer, creator, fintech, and lead generation ecosystems
  • Explore and evaluate emerging partner categories, including AI-powered commerce, GEO/AEO partner targets, paid media, and Retail Media Networks, for client fit and innovation potential
  • Translate client objectives into strategic partnership plans that align with their affiliate program goals and drive incremental performance
  • Collaborate with the Director of Partnership Development to evolve PartnerCentric’s partnership roadmap in line with market trends
  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic partner relationships; serve as the key point of contact for performance growth, co-marketing, and innovation discussions
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and revenue share models with partners in alignment with client and agency objectives
  • Act as an advocate for partners internally, ensuring their value propositions are understood and leveraged across client teams
  • Manage and mentor a small team of Partnership Managers or Associates, supporting their professional growth and ensuring strong collaboration across departments
  • Provide coaching on partner strategy, negotiation, and communication skills; foster curiosity, accountability, and creativity within the team
  • Support the Director of Partnership Development in developing scalable systems for partner recruitment, enablement, and performance tracking
  • Partner closely with the Client Services and Data & Insights teams to ensure partner strategies align with client performance goals and FUSE innovation priorities
  • Contribute to thought leadership, partner education sessions, and case studies highlighting partner success stories and innovations
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and PartnerCentric’s proprietary FUSE technology to surface insights, assess performance, and identify areas of opportunity

Skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, influencer, or performance marketing, including a minimum of at least 1 year working directly within the affiliate landscape.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, including content commerce, creator partnerships, fintech, and emerging digital media.
  • Highly curious, forward-thinking, and motivated to shape the future of partnership marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage partner relationships, negotiate agreements, and drive measurable results.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; comfortable representing PartnerCentric to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Retail Media Networks (e.g., Criteo, Koddi, CitrusAds), Programmatic Platforms (e.g., TradeDesk, DV360), AI-Authority Media (e.g., Reddit, Quora), and AI-led partner strategies to create visibility and ranking in Answer Engines is a plus.
  • Experience with platforms such as Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or Rakuten preferred.
