Since 2019, Belltower has supported 20k+ funds representing over $17B in assets under administration, leveraging AngelList’s fund admin software to power the service layer for funds launched on the AngelList platform. About the role: As a Fund Services Associate on the Post-Close Actions team, you will play a critical role in supporting PCA transactions for Belltower’s fund administration clients. This role reports to the Fund Services PCA Manager. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and process-minded individual who can help deliver a seamless experience for our GPs and LPs behind the scenes. PCA at Belltower requires tight coordination across multiple systems and teams - including legal, compliance, other operational service lines, and customer relations. You will be responsible for executing workflows under time-sensitive deadlines and leading initiatives that improve the agility and precision of our PCA operations. You will:

  • Review PCA actions and document transaction summaries for accuracy and compliance
  • Drive PCA movements by coordinating with internal teams and externally with fund leads
  • Set up and manage transaction details to facilitate internal teams with money movements
  • Support clients with general PCA-related inquiries
  • Manage team inbox on a daily basis
  • Maintain and enhance a centralized repository of internal playbooks
  • Project manage process improvement efforts to increase workflow efficiency and accuracy

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial operations or a similar back-office support role
  • Incredible attention to details - you spot edge cases others miss
  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for optimizing processes
  • Understanding of core financial concepts and a strong interest in the nuts and bolts of venture finance.
  • A proactive mindset and a positive attitude - you are adaptable and embrace change in a fast-paced environment

This position is fully remote for anyone in the United States. Compensation: Belltower’s compensation package includes a market-competitive base salary, performance-based variable components, and exceptional benefits for all full-time roles. The base salary for this role is $55,000 - $90,000 annually, but actual will vary based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s professional background, experience + expertise, and location.
