Compensation: $150,000 DOE Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

  • Guide clients through a clear, empathetic estate planning process
  • Draft and tailor trusts, wills, and asset-protection strategies
  • Oversee probate and trust administration from start to finish
  • Collaborate with, support, and mentor team members
  • Build and strengthen client and professional relationships
  • Provide training to junior legal staff
  • Track time accurately and meet reasonable performance goals
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Office, MyCase (or similar CRM), and WealthCounsel (or similar drafting software)

Qualifications: What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Licensed attorney in California with a J.D. (in good standing)
  • At least 3 years of focused experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate
  • Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident, clear communicator with a client-centered approach
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working within structured systems
  • Motivated by meaningful work, not just metrics
