What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with proven delivery in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, including the implementation of medallion architectures (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
  • Deep knowledge of Python for data transformation and pipeline development.
  • Advanced SQL skills for analytics, modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Experience integrating data from diverse sources (e.g., APIs, relational/NoSQL databases, flat files, streaming).
  • Solid understanding and usage of Delta Lake, MLflow, and Unity Catalog in production settings.
  • Proficiency in Azure Data Services, such as Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2), Azure Key Vault, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps best practices applied to data workflows: version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD, automation and monitoring.
  • Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, including preparing optimized data layers for dashboards and reports.
  • Ability to design and document scalable data models tailored to business use cases.
  • Commitment to data quality, with experience implementing automated testing for pipelines and datasets.
  • Deep respect for data governance, privacy standards, and the secure handling of sensitive client data.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a consulting setting.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in cross-functional environments involving PMs, designers, and engineers.
