Responsibilities

• You will develop and manage integrations across our key business platforms (Zapier, Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, Slack, ChatGPT, among others) to streamline workflows automation and improve data flow.
• You will design, build, and maintain custom automation and workflows in Zapier to enhance interconnectivity between different business tools.
• You will customize and optimize Salesforce and Marketo environments based on evolving business needs, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and robustness.
• You will monitor performance of the workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with security practices.
• You will collaborate closely with other departments to understand their needs and deliver solutions that support business goals.
• You will ensure optimal productivity and oversee the implementation and upkeep of project management and communication tools like Asana and Slack.
• You will share knowledge through detailed documentation.

Requirements

• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience utilizing automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or Airtable or managing DevOps is required.
• You are proficient in email marketing tools (Marketo, Hubspot, MailChimp) or CRMs (Salesforce, Pipedrive) is a plus.
• You are an expert in creating automated solutions and integrations between different business systems and tools.
• You have a solid understanding of API management for seamless integration and automation is a plus, as it is the ability to effectively utilize webhooks to integrate and automate processes between different applications and platforms.
• You are experienced with project management tools (Asana, Trello) and Slack is desirable.
• You have knowledge of integrating large language models (LLM) like GPT-4 in workflows is an asset.
• You have proven experience developing or dealing with different platforms, languages, and databases, such as Django, React, Javascript, and MySQL, is a plus.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You have a proven ability to communicate effectively with non-technical team members to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• You have a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in a rapidly changing environment.
• You are passionete and commitment to human dignity, life, family, liberty, citizen empowerment, and social change.
• Fluency in English is a requirement. All non-natives must take the Duolingo English Test and have a minimum score of 100 (B2 equivalent).
