Key Responsibilities

As a Permanent Benefits Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Provide guidance and assistance to employees in understanding and enrolling in a wide range of benefit programs. Identifying Customer Needs: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Processing Insurance Policies: Process new insurance policies, renewals, and policy changes accurately. Educating Customers: Educate customers on policy coverage, benefits, and claim procedures. Meeting Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively cross-selling and upselling insurance products. Maintaining Accurate Records: Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Permanent Benefits Specialist, you will need: No Prior Experience Required: This is an entry-level position, and we welcome applicants with no prior experience. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Positive Attitude: A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
