  • *Job Summary**

As an Experienced Full Stack Process Improvement Specialist – Client Service Excellence Framework, you will be responsible for leading and supporting process improvement initiatives that drive business outcomes and enhance client satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement process changes, and measure the impact of these changes on client satisfaction and business outcomes. Your expertise will be critical in helping us to operationalize our learning, adjust our processes to meet client needs, and drive business growth.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and support process improvement initiatives that drive business outcomes and enhance client satisfaction

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop and implement process changes
  • Develop and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids to communicate process changes and improvements
  • Conduct quantitative analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Direct task portfolio, helping Continuous Improvement Specialists and individual program administrators with execution and delivery of results
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and work with partners to develop a automation pipeline
  • Review completed projects to assess supported impact and collaborate with Financial Regulator to approve influence
  • Communicate across all levels on project and program progress
  • Work with and participate in meetings as necessary to work with development and organization-wide equality
  • Oversee and develop talent
  • Establish objectives and tasks independently in highly ambiguous circumstances
  • *Essential Capabilities**

• 2+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech groups experience

  • 2+ years of group management experience
  • 2+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine enhancements
  • 2 years of demonstrated experience with continuous improvement tools and procedures, or demonstrated capacity of a proficient level continuous improvement specialist
  • *Preferred Capabilities**

• Experience making due, analyzing, and delivering results to senior leadership

  • +2 years of experience leading global or cross-territorial drives
