Remote E-commerce Order Support Specialist

Job Summary SysTechCare Support is seeking a Remote E-commerce Order Support Specialist to join our dynamic and growing customer service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for online customers, providing exceptional assistance with order processing, tracking, product inquiries, and issue resolution. You will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term brand loyalty by delivering professional, accurate, and timely support through multiple communication channels including email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, and product information.
  • Manage and monitor the order lifecycle — from placement to delivery — ensuring smooth and timely completion.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, delays, or product availability.
  • Process refunds, replacements, and returns in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure accurate and efficient order management.
  • Identify common issues or process gaps and provide feedback to improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Uphold brand reputation by ensuring professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in all communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, customer service, or order management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, order management systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail customer support.
  • Previous experience handling international orders or working with large online marketplaces (such as Amazon, Shopify, or WooCommerce) is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Flexible shifts available — must be willing to work weekends or holidays if required.
  • Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility based on time zone and business needs).
