About the Role

As a Remote Healthcare Project Manager with Workwarp, you will be responsible for overseeing complex healthcare projects, primarily focused on oncology, imaging agents, and radiation therapy. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your project management expertise, healthcare knowledge, and leadership skills to drive projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Resource Modeling and Forecasting (RMF) teams to identify best practices and implement them in future processes, tools, and training. Develop and execute comprehensive team communication plans, ensuring seamless communication of key decisions and results to stakeholders. Drive the development of a global integrated project budget, working closely with functional representatives and leadership to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation. Demonstrate exceptional self-management and organizational skills, managing your workload, setting priorities, and adjusting as needed to meet project demands. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in a health-related, scientific, or engineering field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Knowledge of drug development processes and experience applying project management tools and processes in cross-functional settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out as an ideal candidate, you should also have: An advanced degree or certification, such as an MS, MBA, Master's degree in Project Management, or PMP. Previous experience supporting projects focused on oncology, imaging agents, or radiation therapy. A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
