Demo & Customer Success Specialist
-Company Introduction. artisJet is a DIIIPS (Digital Instant Inkjet Internet Printing Solutions) innovator and manufacturer of smart, compact UV printers powered by our own core technology and fully integrated ecosystem — from hardware manufacturing to driver software, certified inks, print-effects technology, cloud-based print management, Click-to-Print APP, and workflow tools. We deliver both standard and flexible, end-to-end solutions for signage making, personalization, and luxury brand experience–personalization, including DTP (Direct To Professionals), DTC (Direct To Consumers), and DTI (Direct To Identity card-production system) instant printers. As part of our U.S. expansion, we are building a demo center in Arizona supported by a partner-driven distribution model. -Role Description We are looking for a hands-on, friendly, and technically curious Demo & Customer Success Specialist to support demos, training, customer success, and early distributor engagement in the U.S. This is a foundational role that will help shape artisJet’s local presence and customer experience. -Compensation
- Competitive salary ($3,000–$5,000/month)

-Key Responsibilities Demo and Applications
- Run live product demos for customers and potential distributors
- Prepare and maintain demo samples (UV effects, BEC1GO, TRUST prints)
- Demonstrate workflows, RIP usage, effect printing, and application techniques
- Keep demo machines and the showroom in presentation-ready condition
Customer Success and Training
- Provide onboarding, training, and support for new users
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and communicate with HQ technical teams
- Support customers online, on-site, and during installation
- Collect feedback, case studies, and success stories for continuous improvement
Partner and Distributor Support
- Assist distributors during customer demos or training sessions
- Help partners understand product USPs and application opportunities
- Support early dealer development activities
- Assist in setting up partner showrooms or demo points
Field Activities
- Travel to customer sites for installations, demos, and light service
- Support small events, workshops, and university collaborations
- Participate in local mini open houses or roadshow-style activities
Community and Experience Building
- Document customer stories, prints, and creative outcomes
- Engage with maker communities, personalization groups, and local users
- Help build a positive environment around artisJet’s U.S. presence
Qualifications
Technical Experience (one or more preferred)
- UV printing, DTF/DTG printing, or signage equipment
- CO₂ or fiber laser engraving machines
- Trophy, award, or personalization equipment
- Maker tools, CNC devices, or fabrication labs
- Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude
Soft Skills
- Friendly, patient, and service-oriented
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Hands-on problem solver who learns quickly
- Comfort with demos, training, and creative tools
- Ability to work independently in a startup-style environment
Bonus Experience
- Worked at or with Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh, Epilog, OMTech, Glowforge, Trotec, GCC, or local distributors
- Experience running an Etsy/maker shop or creative production studio
