Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team as a remote, part-time, non-exempt employee. This is a seasonal role that will run from late September to mid-January, with the possibility of flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our business. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience to our guests, engaging with them, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports Disney Store's mission to "create Magical Moments for guests of all ages" by delivering an exceptional retail experience
• Connects with guests using open-ended questions to assess their needs and make suitable recommendations
• Contributes to a high-energy, fast-paced environment that provides guests with a fun and dynamic experience
• Assists guests in finding products that meet their needs while leveraging all available resources, including Disneystore.com
• Treats all guests and cast members with respect and contributes to a positive work environment
• Maintains Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visual, and operational responsibilities
• Performs cash wrap and mobile POS duties in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining a high level of guest service
• Participates in processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and other operational tasks as needed
• Upholds all company policies as outlined in standard operating procedures, employee policy manual, and Code of Business Conduct
• Promotes and maintains a safe working and shopping environment

Qualifications and Requirements Basic Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and on-call shifts (if approved)
• Must have at least two shifts available Monday through Friday and weekend availability that meets the needs of the store's business
• Able to lift boxes that weigh up to 45 lbs. and climb a ladder
• Must be able to provide verification of legal right to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail or service industry
• High school degree or equivalent

Skills and Competencies

• Retail/service experience and ability to demonstrate strong guest-focused engagement on and off the sales floor
• Proven success working as a member of a team
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
• Maintains a professional appearance and meets Disney Store grooming guidelines
