You'll work directly with clients to help them navigate theirpersonal insurance needs, providing education, guidance, and exceptional service every step of the way. - Convert inbound prospects into long-term, multi-line clients
- Manage and follow up on leads promptly
- Maintain accurate client workflows and records
- Learn the ins and outs of our product offerings (training provided - no experience required!)
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative remote team culture
