Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, both internal and external. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with other team members and departments, providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to all external clients
  • Providing professional and courteous customer service to external customers via phone and email
  • Answering customer inquiries, researching issues, and providing effective resolutions to client issues and concerns in a timely manner (supply orders, billing questions, account set up, testing questions, specimen inquiries, etc.)
  • Documenting issues, action steps, and outcome of customer inquiries
  • Documenting and processing change requests promptly and efficiently
  • Following all SOP's and team procedures to ensure accuracy and regulation compliance
  • Assisting with large projects and meeting deadlines
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers providing them with information about new products and services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years previous customer service experience, laboratory or healthcare preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Confident in multitasking and quickly adapting to changing priorities
  • Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to present a professional image via phone, with superb phone etiquette skills
  • Excellent problem resolution skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office software

Work Schedule and Compensation

As a remote Customer Service Support Representative, you'll enjoy a flexible work schedule, with a standard workday from Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6pm CST. During the 4-6 week training period, your schedule will be approximately 8am – 4:30pm CST. Your compensation will be $20 – $23 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
