Responsibilities

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
  • Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
  • Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong computer navigational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening/comprehension skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Customer-oriented approach

Work Environment

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet connection. You'll need to provide a private residence with a dedicated workspace, and ensure that your internet connection meets our minimum requirements (10 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed).
