Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Pricing Analytics & Operations team at blithequark. As a Process Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. You'll be responsible for auditing and improving processes, identifying emerging trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

As a Process Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
  • Auditing operations teams and system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Suggesting and implementing process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
  • Identifying emerging process performance trends and developing strategies to address them
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, automation, and technology teams, to drive process improvements
  • Tracking and maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes
  • Providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, or analytics)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications
