About the Role

As an Online Chat Representative/Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering excellent service standards and advice on their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues, perform root cause analysis, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and internal teams, ensuring prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service standards and advice on their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues and perform root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels
  • Develop account plans to enhance service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction
  • Work with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery
  • Escalate customer feedback as required and provide insights to drive business improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 1 year of experience within a Client Services or Customer Service role, ideally within the accounting industry, asset management, or telecommunications industry. You will possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to work with numerical data. You will be a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders and build high-performing teams.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Client Services or Customer Service role
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the accounting industry, asset management, or telecommunications industry
