What You'll Do:

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred): While a degree is not required, we prefer candidates with a degree in a related field, such as hospitality, business, or communications.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry: If you have experience working in customer-facing roles, especially in the travel or airline industry, you'll have a head start in this role.
