Job Summary
As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business issues and opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions to address them. Responsibilities
* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain databases, data visualizations, and reports to support business intelligence and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business issues and opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis tools and technologies, including SAFE Spry, TSQL/PLSQL, Python, R, and mathematical analysis
- Collaborate with data scientists and other analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proven experience with data analysis tools and technologies, including SAFE Spry, TSQL/PLSQL, Python, R, and mathematical analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality work products
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS or Azure
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, including Git
