Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely information
  • Assisting with resolving customer concerns and issues
  • Updating customer records and documentation
  • Following established procedures and guidelines for customer service
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve department goals
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or social sciences)

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
