Position Overview

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in guiding retail sales clients through our proven sales process, ensuring a superior sale, aftermarket, finance, and follow-up experience for each retail client. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting all clients into our Customer Management System
  • Following proven sales processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensuring a superior client experience through attentive listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Following up with all sold and unsold clients to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business
  • Participating in continuous employee training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
