As a key member of our remote team, you will play a vital role in helping our customers navigate the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the growth of our successful brand.

Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
  • Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
  • Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
  • Performing a minimum of 70 interactions per shift

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • Access to consistently stable internet connection
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
  • On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
