About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our virtual customer care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls, and engaging with entrepreneurs and leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and leaders, learning about their needs, and suggesting the right blithequark products
  • Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate suitable product features, benefits, and different components of blithequark services
  • Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional customer care by responding to questions regarding accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment
  • Document important record data according to established policies and procedures
  • Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven results in a customer care and sales environment (2 years+)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Education benefits available

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a virtual customer care environment
  • Knowledge of blithequark products and services
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
