What You'll Need for Success

- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly
- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and email management tools
- Bilingual language skills a plus in certain locations
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
