As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of our business space and the functionality of our systems. Key Responsibilities:

* Apply knowledge of data analysis, business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirement definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems

  • Collaborate with other Data Analysts to provide counsel or solutions within their subject matter expertise
  • Stay informed about current developments within their skill set
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Estimate effort and value for solutions
  • Apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
  • Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of own work using reliance ID processes in data work
  • Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing work with a focus on moving forward
  • Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and succinctly in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration
  • Screen program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and enhancement
  • May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)

  • Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade
  • Strong knowledge of technical conditions
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with various teams and external partners
  • Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into actionable solution proposals
  • Ability to work effectively in areas of strength for a help/group-oriented climate
  • Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and diverse work streams/tasks
  • Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of fulfillment in all responsible work; able to coach others to do likewise
  • Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)

  • Strong experience with data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., Workday, SQL, Excel)
  • Strong experience with business intelligence tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js)
  • Strong experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Strong experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)
