Our ideal Scout has a fun and positive attitude with a willingness to learn - no previous pool experience required. Not to mention, you basically get paid to work out as you'll be spending so much time outside!

Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our existing and new customers, resolving customer queries, and overseeing the route optimization for technicians. You will be the face of our company, and your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent pool service.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat

  • Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Inform customers about new offers or services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
  • Oversee the route optimization for technicians

Requirements

* Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role

  • Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling challenging customers and situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the pool industry

  • Knowledge of route optimization software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
