Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. This is a remote opportunity with a block schedule, allowing you to work from home for two weeks and then spend one week in our office. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Utilize Microsoft suite to perform data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a health care or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
