Job Summary

As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely data entry services for customs shipments, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to ensure seamless communication and coordination. This is a remote data entry position, and you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, internal teams, and government agencies

  • Enter accurate and timely data into our systems, including customs documentation, shipment records, and other relevant information
  • Process organization financier shipments and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Work closely with other internal teams, divisions, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, including customs documentation and other relevant information
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those related to customs, trade, and transportation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, logistics, transportation)

  • At least 6 months of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* HS Certificate or GED

  • Industry experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
  • Experience with customs documentation and regulations
  • Knowledge of Viewpoint and other relevant software systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
