The Role

As an Airline Customer Service Representative, you'll be based at San Francisco International Airport and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers of one of our airline clients. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and will be trained to support a range of airline operations, from check-in to boarding and baggage handling. Your role will be to ensure that every passenger has a positive experience, from the moment they arrive at the airport to the moment they depart.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work in a team environment to ensure seamless operations, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and services
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and airline staff, using verbal and written communication skills
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using computer systems and data entry skills
  • Work a variety of shifts, including early morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Maintain a high level of flexibility, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities

Essential Qualifications

* Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening skills

  • Fluency in English, with a second language an advantage
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy, with fast and accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Calmness and ability to find solutions, even in busy and/or stressful situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual or multilingual, with proficiency in languages such as Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Hindi, Gujarati, or Japanese

  • Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
