What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Building professional relationships with customers through personalized and engaging communication
* Providing technical support, using critical thinking to address customer needs proactively and effectively
* Navigating multiple software platforms and tools seamlessly to assist customers
* Remaining calm under pressure and handling obstacles with grace, accuracy, and urgency
* Collaborating with team members while demonstrating self-motivation and a commitment to individual and team success
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with customer service tools is a plus
* Previous customer service experience is preferred
* A positive, friendly, and approachable personality
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Reliable in-home internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Schedule and Availability
* Set schedule with varying shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET
* Rotational weekend availability required
* Some holiday coverage may be required
