You'll work closely with our Project Advisors, who specialize in helping customers determine the best products for their projects. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat, resolving their concerns and answering their questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Working within our computer system to place and research customer orders, document conversations and actions, and provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Collaborating with our Project Advisors to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide recommendations for products and solutions.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products, systems, and processes.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues, and pitching in to drive a positive customer experience.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs.
- Strong computer skills, with experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in the automotive restoration and repair industry is a plus. Additionally, experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment is highly desirable.
