Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries, and recommending appropriate products or services. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or live chat role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses to customer inquiries
