Key Responsibilities

As a Director of Chance Administration, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing data-driven risk management strategies to drive business growth and minimize risk
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute business process improvements, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making
• Identifying and assessing new data sources to enhance our products and services, driving sustained productivity and innovation
• Utilizing industry-leading tools and methodologies, including AI, machine learning, and data visualization, to analyze complex data sets and inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams
• Providing thought leadership and expertise on risk management and data-driven decision-making, driving business growth and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, or a related discipline

• Proven experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in each area
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, data visualization tools, and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
