Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing accurate and timely information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, staying up-to-date on product information and company updates
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and detailed records
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer value and loyalty
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
