The Role
As a Wholesale Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our wholesale customers, providing them with expert knowledge and support to ensure their needs are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering questions and educating customers about blithequark products and values
- Managing inbound wholesale requests and organizing in CRM
- Order entry, preparing invoices, and tracking shipments
- Resolving customer issues and billing issues as quickly as possible
- Keeping customers satisfied by listening and figuring out what they really want
- Communicating with customers via email, phone, live chat, and text in a respectful, helpful manner at all times
- Staying on top of incoming calls and tickets at the same time (this also means: following up with customers, providing feedback, and seeing problems through to resolution, or escalating unresolved issues if necessary)
- Recommending ways to improve our support process, scripts, and tools

- Experience in dealing with customer emails, phone calls, and other interactions, with a strong understanding of great customer service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient with Google Docs and Excel
- Experience with different CRM systems and best practices is a plus
