The Role

As a Remote Website Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and effective support to our customers via live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in resolving their queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Log into our live chat application daily to interact with customers or potential customers

  • Respond to their inquiries, assist them with their needs, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Utilize provided scripts for the most commonly asked questions and adapt your responses to meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Collaborate with a chat supervisor for additional support as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements:
