Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency. You will work in a flexible remote work environment, with the opportunity to learn and grow with our company. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity with benefits, and no prior technical experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Input, update, and maintain information in databases with precision and efficiency
- Monitor WAN links for stability and troubleshoot any issues
- Monitor routers, switches, and network appliances
- Provision IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configure network devices
- Alert and log monitoring, preventative health checks, and incident management
- Reporting and administration of security and IAM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
Technical Skills
* Windows/Unix/Linux operating systems
- Active Directory and network administration
- Powershell and Bash scripting
- Developer tools and Wireshark
- ServiceNow and network monitoring systems
- Network diagnostic commands and incident management tools
- ITSL processes and tools
Requirements
* High school diploma or GED
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
- No sponsorship available
- Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
- Great communication skills and experience working directly with customers and clients
- Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's degree or higher in a related field
- Experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and software as a service (SaaS)
- Experience with network administration and security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
