Experienced Full Stack Business Analytics Manager – AppleCare Support Optimization

Job Summary:

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that drive business improvements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, optimize processes, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication will enable you to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that drive business improvements

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AppleCare Support business operations, including contact center performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, operations, and product development, to develop strategic recommendations that drive business outcomes
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools to support business decision making
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop recommendations to optimize business operations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions and drive innovation

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Master's in Statistics (MS), or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
• Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and VBA)
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with Apple products and services

• Familiarity with Apple's data analytics tools and platforms
• Experience leading a team of analysts or working in a leadership role
• Strong business acumen and understanding of AppleCare Support business operations
• Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field
