Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Insurance and Financial Services Team Member at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and financial services
- Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services
- Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
- Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Work Environment and Company Culture
Our office is located in 1946 Williamsbridge Rd. Bronx, NY, and is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, with Saturday appointments available by request. Compensation
The salary range for this role is $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
