Key Responsibilities

As a Team Member (Cook & Customer Service) at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience
  • Preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, using fresh and high-quality ingredients
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Team Member (Cook & Customer Service) at Blithequark, you'll need:

  • To be at least 16 years old (18 years old if you want to be a driver)
  • To have a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • To be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
  • To have basic math skills and be able to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • To be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • To be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a kitchen environment
  • Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
  • Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
