About the Role: Remote Customer Service Specialist

In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing personalized travel recommendations, planning, and execution. As a Remote Travel Reservation Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with various vendors, customizing our clients' vacations to exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
  • Process payments on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide all necessary documents to clients before and after travel, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors, staying up-to-date on industry developments and policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a group/team setting, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success
  • Complete required certification within a timely manner, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Participate in ongoing training with blithequark and travel partners, enhancing your skills and expertise in the travel industry

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States
  • Have a smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet access, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively in a remote setting
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Be proficient in computer and internet applications, with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies
